ACTIVE PROJECTS

The Morse Group has projects in the works that allow for community participation at numerous levels.  Each project is unique therefore participation in these projects will vary for individuals, groups, organizations, institutions and corporations.

Each project will list some basic guidelines for participation options.  Contact The Morse Group Team to find out how your community and/or your team can benefit from taking part in these projects.

Some of the active projects are as follows:

1) Trail of Discovery, St. Louis, MO.
A Project along the North Riverfront Trail in St. Louis, MO.  Large teams from corporations and institutions are taking on a teambuilding community betterment project and celebration event along this historic trail.  The trail follows the river from the Gateway Arch North to the Chain of Rocks Bridge over the Mississippi River.  See what The Boeing Team contributed.

The project is to communicate the community connections throughout the region and to make the trail an interactive river trail that is unique throughout the country.

Teams design and execute creative projects along the trail along with a celebration event for team and families.

Programs are built around large colorful murals along the floodwall with other trail creative projects to restore habitat for wildlife along the trail.

During the event day creative tangible reminders of the experience are created for display at the team's corporate or institution offices.

Contact The Morse Group to participate in this project.

2) Teacher Tree: Chesterfield Elementary, Chesterfield, MO.
5th Grade Class Gift Project for the school is to create a piece of public art that will showcase in front of the school.  A leadership team of 8 representative students have worked to develop the project that the 5th grade students will help to create.  Each student will make a fused glass piece that will be applied to a concrete tree that will be mounted to the earth in front of the school.  The following is a rendering of what the tree will look like.  The students and parents will create the piece through volunteer work sessions.

Let the games begin!!  5th graders and parents start the excavation for the tree!!
