Morse Group is led by the Principals Stacey
Morse and Stuart Morse who have over 36 years of combined experience in
the field of creative projects for clients. Our team includes
numerous members who contribute to the wealth of resources, knowledge
and capacity of The Morse Group Team.Stacey Morse and
Stuart Morse are the co-founders and co-principals
of The Morse Group. As a team they have been working
professionals in their field since 1987. Their expertise
includes visioning, strategic planning , creative team projects, and project management.
Stacey & Stuart are the co-creators of Art
Expeditions, a patented experiential curriculum in creative thinking.
They engage participants in a unique team curriculum to enhance
innovation, explore new challenges, celebrate diversity, and improve
problem solving.
Both Stacey and Stuart are
accomplished fine artists who have done creative projects both
nationally and internationally. They have extensive knowledge in
large commissions and creative projects using teams to execute.

Stacey Morse, Principal
As co-founder and
co-principal of the Morse Group, Stacey Morse brings a creative
approach to identifying growth opportunities and building innovative
strategies to engage people and connect them to the “big picture”.
For more than twenty
years, Stacey and has been using creative thinking as the basis for
her work. Her expertise has been built from her career in business
and as a lead photographer for one of the largest corporate
photography studios in St. Louis. It was through her work as a
photographer that she developed her strategies for working with
clients to identify their objectives and effectively communicate them
through a visual means. This process has been built into a strategy
for working with all of The Morse Group clientele.
With partner and
husband Stuart Morse, they have combined their vision and talents to
produce strategies, projects and patented programs that are innovative
and rely on the involvement of people and the diverse ideas that they
bring to the table. This approach to their life’s work produces
results that are tangible and “branded” to each client.
Various industries
have benefited from this process including financial institutions, the
defense industry, communities, national governmental agencies and
mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Stacey has been
working directly with city leadership in Missouri for more than a
decade to use the arts as a tool for community growth.

Stuart Morse, Principal
Stuart Morse is
co-founder and co-principal of the Morse Group, a creative engagement
company. Along with designing and facilitating strategies and
projects that drive growth, Stuart is an Artist/Explorer whose artwork
becomes a vision beacon for special projects tied to the Morse Group
vision. His innovative approach and broad experience provides
organizational leaders with solutions to tap into the creative ideas
that spark the hidden and potential energy within people. Stuart’s
expertise in creativity and its many benefits and uses to
organizations, leaders and individuals comes from his lifelong
experiences and proficiency in a range of fields including math,
science, engineering, humanities and the arts.
Growing up with a
Renaissance education, where early responsibility was given to him at
a young age, Stuart learned about innovation and creativity tied to
processes to achieve end results. He began his collegiate education
in engineering and management, and then moved to fine art. This range
of experiences provided him the analysis capacities tied to the pure
creative talent to develop his theories and practices in the process
of creativity, its management and its rewards.
Stuart’s career is a
natural progression of his life and provides him to opportunity to tie
creativity, people, knowledge, experiences and process into positive
growth and impact.
Stuart’s work with
corporations, institutions, municipalities, groups and individuals has
included over 300 fine art commissions, patented creative engagement
programs, and numerous engagement strategies and projects. His career
continues to be a mission to unveil the possibilities and unlimited
capacity of the creative ideas and insight within everyone coupled
with the power of group and team creativity.
