            Vision Beacon TM

A Vision Beacon TM is something that captures the Vision in a visual form.  It helps to communicate the overall vision or to represent it visually.

It can become a beacon for people to look towards to gain greater insight into the "Big Picture" vision.

The Vision Beacon TM  can be created for the people or can be created by the people as part of an engagement project.  No matter what the source it should be an integral part of an overall strategy.

The following are examples of Vision Beacons TM that have been facilitated through the Morse Group's Process:

Trail of Discovery: Boeing Team Mural
St. Louis Riverfront

The Lewis and Clark Commemorative Paintings as part of the Discover America Series

Maryville University

The Morse Group Philosophy has four areas.

1) Begin with a solid foundation between vision and people that is built on trust.

2) Support the foundation with a culture that embraces engagement with ownership.

3) Implement a sustainable Strategy with an Action plan tied to a "Vision Beacon" so communication and ownership is verbal and visual.  The result is a more lasting and interactive conduit for growth.

4) Stay focused on the Growth Formula.  What do you want the people to own and what are the skill-sets needed to get them there?

The Morse Group Process is circular in execution.

Each step connects as an integral part to complete the circle.  The building process continually moves in this systematic direction.
